STANDARDS AND FILE FORMATS
Where practicable Hypertext Markup Langauge (HTML) versions of documents have been provided. Some documents contain complex tables of statistics and other graphical elements that are not well displayed in HTML. Such documents are available in Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) for download or viewing in Adobe Acrobat Reader available free of charge from the Adobe download page.
HTML pages use Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) version 1.0 to control the appearance of text, headings and hyperlinks. If a browser does not support CSS (through user choice or otherwise) there should be no loss of functionality. HTML pages have been coded to the 4.01 Strict schema.
